Wicresoft Promotes Stacey Shaw

May 2023 - Wicresoft is pleased to announce the promotion of Stacey Shaw to Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Stacey brings over twenty years of experience in the field and has a proven track record of providing strategic direction and executive leadership over client partnerships, developing and implementing strategic marketing solutions, cultivating strategic client relationships, and driving operational and financial success. In the role of Senior Managing Director of Talent Acquisition Services, Stacey led the delivery of talent acquisition solutions to clients across a variety of industries. She was responsible for the development and execution of recruiting strategies and programs, talent acquisition branding, and optimization of advertising spend. Her expertise in developing sourcing and retention programs helped her clients build a superior applicant pool for their open positions. 

Stacey's previous experience also includes serving as a Sr. Vice President of Client Services where she provided strategic recruiting and sourcing solutions to Fortune 500 partners. She was responsible for developing and executing branding, sourcing, and retention programs to meet client hiring initiatives, optimizing advertising spend, and increasing employment brand awareness among target audiences.
