Brighter’s forward-thinking philosophy and innovative breadth of IT services are a natural complement to Wicresoft’s current portfolio of solutions. This acquisition into the UK, along with the existing investment in Managed Delivery, Azure Cloud Services, and Microsoft Solution positions Wicresoft as a leader in comprehensive, end-to-end business productivity while providing Brighter’s customers with a larger global footprint and expanded resources.
While this marks Wicresoft’s first UK acquisition Brighter Connections is Wicresoft’s second strategic international acquisition in 2019, following that of a Canadian-based PPM solutions provider in April.
